基本原則 Article 1 Basic Principles
香港中旅證件服務有限公司（以下簡稱 "本公司"）對申請《港澳居民來往內地通行證(非中國籍)》實施網上預約及網上填表，為保障申請人權益，請在登記使用網上預約服務前，詳細閱讀本服務條款。一旦登記使用本預約服務，即表示同意並遵守本條款所有規定。
China Travel Service Entry Permit Service Hong Kong Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") implements online appointment and form-filling for the application of "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Permanent Residents (Non-Chinese Citizens)". To safeguard applicants' rights, please read these service terms carefully before registering for online appointment services. By registering for this appointment service, applicants agree to comply with and abide by all the provisions in these terms.
第二條 服務簡介 Article 2 Service Introduction
2.1 申請《港澳居民來往內地通行證(非中國籍)》需先進行網上預約及填寫個人資料。
申請人請完整、準確填寫個人申請資料。在網上填寫的資料將在現場受理時，列印並核對無誤後，由申請人簽字確認，作為正式申請表。
To apply for the "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Permanent Residents (Non-Chinese Citizens)", applicants must first make an online appointment and fill in their personal information. Applicants are requested to fill out their personal particulars completely and accurately. The information filled out online will be printed out for verification during the on-site processing. Thereafter, applicants are required to sign the document, which will serve as the official application form.
辦理換補發《港澳居民來往內地通行證(非中國籍)》（包括到期換發、失效換發、持證人身份信息變更換發、損毀補發的，在預約登記時需輸入申請人目前持用的《港澳居民來往內地通行證（非中國籍）》號碼（包括換證次數）。
For replacement of the "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Permanent Residents (Non-Chinese Citizens)" (including renewal upon expiration, renewal due to cancellation of current travel permit, replacement due to amendment of personal particulars, and replacement due to damage), applicants need to enter their current "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Permanent Residents (Non-Chinese Citizens)" number (including the number of replacements) during the appointment registration.
2.2 請預約前先備齊申請通行證所需要的證件和證明材料，包括香港入境事務處簽發的《〈索取資料申請〉通知書》後，再預約受理的具體證件服務中心和具體時間。
Before applying for appointment with any specific document service center, applicants are advised to prepare all the required documents and supporting materials, including the "Notice of Application for Access to Information" issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department.
2.3 成功預約的申請人，請于預約時間前30分鐘前往預約的證件服務中心領取當日辦證籌號，並按籌號依次等候辦理。等候時間因應當日證件服務中心的人流情況及辦理證件的複雜程度而有所增減。
Applicants with successful appointments should arrive at the designated document service center 30 minutes before the appointment time to collect the a tag number and wait in order. Waiting time may vary depending on the flow of people at the document service center and the complexity of document processing.
2.4 在辦理現場憑預約登記的香港永久性居民身份證或護照到派籌機或詢問處領取籌號。申請人填寫的證件號碼及出生日期等資料要保證準確無誤，否則查詢、更改、取消預約將無法進行。在預約填寫資料後，該預約登記的證件號碼在預約辦理日期（含當天）前或預約未作取消情況下，不能再次預約同種類業務。
When arriving at document service center, the applicant should obtain a tag number from a self-service ticketing kiosk or the reception counter using his/her Hong Kong Permanent Resident Identity Card or passport. The applicant should ensure that the identification document number, date of birth and other information provided are accurate; otherwise, the Company is unable to process any change, cancellation or enquiry of the relevant appointment. Once the information is registered for an appointment, the same identification document number cannot be used to make another appointment for the same type of service on or before the date of the appointment, unless the appointment has been cancelled.
2.5 如需查詢、更改、取消預約申請，請輸入申請人登記的有效證件號碼、出生日期、預約登記編號三項中的兩項作為預約申請的檢索信息。預約申請成功後，只可更改證件服務中心和時間或取消該預約。
If the applicant wishes to change, cancel or enquire about the appointment, he/she should enter into the system two out of three pieces of information, namely, the applicant’s identification document number, his/her date of birth, or the appointment registration number. After the appointment is verified, the only changes that an applicant can make are change of the service center location and the time of the appointment, or to cancel the appointment altogether.
2.6 申請人未能按預約時間前往辦理，應在預約日期前1天更改辦理日期或取消該預約。
If an applicant is unable to attend a scheduled appointment, he or she should cancel or change the date of appointment at least one day prior to the date of the scheduled appointment.
第三條 服務變更、中斷或終止 Article 3 Service Change, Interruption or Termination
申請人辦理《港澳居民來往內地通行證(非中國籍)》時，如發生下列任何一種情形，本公司有權中斷或終止向申請人提供服務而無需對申請人或協力廠商承擔任何責任。
When processing the application for the "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Permanent Residents (Non-Chinese Citizens)", the Company reserves the right to halt or terminate the provision of services to the applicant without incurring any liability to the applicant or any third party on the occurrence of any of the following situations:
3.1 申請人提供的資料不真實或登記的證件號碼與出生日期不匹配；
The data provided by the applicant is false, or the applicant's registered identification document number is inconsistent with his/her date of birth.
3.2 不能提供預約時登記的證件原件；
The applicant cannot provide the original identification document used to register the appointment.
3.3 實際辦證的申請類別與預約申請類別不同；
The actual intended application is different from the one specified in the online application.
3.4 預約登記的申請人證件，于預約日期前已在某證件服務中心辦理了相關的申請手續；
Prior to the date of the scheduled appointment, the applicant has already completed the relevant application procedures at another document service center.
3.5 申請人未按預約的日期、時間或地點領取籌號辦理申請；
The applicant failed to attend a scheduled appointment and/or to collect a tag number for the application at the appointed date, time or location.
3.6 申請人違反本服務條款中規定的使用規則；
The applicant is in breach of any terms and conditions herein.
3.7 其他不符合受理規範的情形。
Such other circumstances that entitle the Company to decline the application.
第四條 收集個人資料及私隱政策聲明 Article 4 Personal Information Collection and Privacy Policy Statement
4.1 本公司尊重並保護申請人的個人資料及私隱，並按照香港法例《個人資料（私隱）條例》的原則及規定處理及使用申請人的個人資料。
The Company respects and protects applicants' personal information and privacy. The Company processes and uses applicants' personal information in accordance with the principles and regulations set forth in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the Laws of Hong Kong.
4.2 本服務所收集的申請人個人資料只會用於處理申請人申領《港澳居民來往內地通行證(非中國籍)》相關事宜，除非有關的申請人已訂明同意其個人資料可用於新目的，又或此等用途是法律所容許的。
The personal information collected under this service will only be used for processing the applicants' application for the "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Permanent Residents (Non-Chinese Citizens)", unless the applicants concerned have given prescribed consent for the data to be used for a new purpose or such other uses as permitted by law.
4.3 本公司承諾採取所有切實可行的步驟，以確保個人資料受到保障。
The Company undertakes to take all practicable steps to ensure that personal data is protected.
4.4 本公司承諾採取所有切實可行的步驟，刪除就申領《港澳居民來往內地通行證(非中國籍)》相關事宜而言不再屬有需要的個人資料。
The Company undertakes to take all practicable steps to erase personal data where it is no longer required for the purpose of the application for the "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Permanent Residents (Non-Chinese Citizens)" and such other related matters.
4.5 本公司將按照有關法律的規定來處理查閱或改正個人資料的要求。
The Company undertakes to handle personal data access or correction requests in accordance with relevant law.
第五條 免責聲明 Article 5 Disclaimer
對於與本網站有關聯的任何因由所引起的任何損失或損害，本公司概不負責。本公司有絕對酌情權隨時刪除、撤銷、修訂、暫時停載或編輯本網頁內所有資料的權利，無須給予任何理由或事先通知。
The Company does not accept any responsibilities for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from any cause whatsoever in connection with this website. The Company is entitled to delete, revoke, amend, suspend or edit all data and information on this site at any time at its absolute discretion without giving any reasons or advance notice.
