認真閱讀《港澳永久性居民（非中國籍）來往內地通行證（以下簡稱“非中籍通行證”）受理須知。
Please log in to the official website of China Travel Service Entry Permit Service Hong Kong Limited (https://www.ctshk.com/mep/zh/) to carefully fill out the applicant's personal information and save it.
請申請人登錄香港中旅證件服務有限公司官網（https://www.ctshk.com/mep/zh/）認真填寫個人資料，並保存。
Please upload the applicant’s Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card, (if the applicant is under 11 years old and has not yet obtained a Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card, a "Notice of Application for Access to information" issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department stating that the applicant has Hong Kong Permanent Resident status can be provided instead) and a Valid passport of the applicant.
上傳申請人的香港永久居民身份證（未滿11周歲未辦理香港居民身份證的非中國籍香港永久性居民，如有香港入境事務處簽發的載明其具有香港永久性居民身份的《〈索取資料申請〉通知書》請上傳代替身份證）、申請人有效的護照。
Please wait for the preliminary review by the staff of China Travel Service Entry Permit Service Hong Kong Limited.
等待香港中旅證件服務有限公司工作人員的初步審核。

If the application is not approved, the applicant will receive an email notification specifying the additional documents or information required. The applicant should follow the instructions in the email and log in to the pre-application system to correct and supplement the necessary documents and information until the application is approved.
如果未通過審核，申請人會接到郵件通知需要補充哪些資料，請申請人按照要求登錄預受理平台補充完善資料和文件，直到通過審核為止。

After receiving the approval email, log in to the booking platform to schedule an appointment at the designated service centers for a specific day and time.
審核通過後，申請人會收到電郵通知，可在預約官網選擇證件服務中心及預約辦理時間。
At the scheduled appointment time, bring all required original documents and materials to the scheduled application service center. Upon arrival, please take a photo, obtain a qualified barcode receipt, and print out your physical photo inside the center.
申請人按預約時段帶齊全部證件和資料原件，到所選擇的證件服務中心內先照相，取得合格檢測回執和紙質照片。
Collect an application number at the inquiry counter.
到詢問窗口取號
Please wait in the designated waiting area for your number to be called. When your number is called, proceed to the assigned counter to process your application. After that, complete the payment and receive your receipt.
大堂等候叫號，按照叫號到專窗受理，完成繳費，領取收據回執
Please bring your receipt and Hong Kong Identity Card to the designated application service center. If you're replacing or reissuing your permit, please surrender the old one.
按收據回執標明日期，帶齊收據回執及香港永久居民身份證到所受理證件服務中心的自助取證機取證。如果是換補發證件，需要交回舊證。
