流程 Application Process

       認真閱讀《港澳永久性居民（非中國籍）來往內地通行證（以下簡稱“非中籍回鄉證”）受理須知。

       Please carefully review the instructions for “the Mailand Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Permanent Residents (Non-Chinese Citizens)”.

       請申請人登錄香港中旅證件服務有限公司官網（https://www.ctshk.com/pass/nrep/bookterms.jsp）認真填寫個人資料，填完資料後，選擇證件服務中心及預約辦理時間，完成預約。

       Please log in to the official website of China Travel Service Entry Permit Service Hong Kong Limited（https://www.ctshk.com/pass/nrep/bookterms.jsp）to carefully fill out the applicant’s personal information，then choose service center and time slot, finish appointment application.

       申請人按預約時段帶齊全部證件和資料原件，到所選擇的證件服務中心內先照相，取得合格檢測回執和紙質照片。

       At the scheduled appointment time, bring all required original documents and materials to the scheduled application service center. Upon arrival, please take a photo, obtain a qualified barcode receipt, and print out your physical photo inside the center.

       到詢問窗口取號。

       Collect an application number at the inquiry counter.

       大堂等候叫號，按照叫號到專窗受理，完成繳費，領取收據回執。

       Please wait in the designated waiting area for your number to be called. When your number is called, proceed to the assigned counter to process your application. After that, complete the payment and receive your receipt.

       按收據回執標明日期，帶齊收據回執及香港永久居民身份證到所受理證件服務中心的自助取證機取證。如果是換補發證件，需要交回舊證。

       Please bring your receipt and Hong Kong Identity Card to the designated application service center. If you’re replacing or reissuing your permit, please surrender the old one.
