       關於呼籲錯峰申請《港澳居民來往內地通行證（非中國籍）》的公告

        近日，中華人民共和國出入境管理局推出為香港特別行政區永久性居民中的非中國籍人員簽發《港澳居民來往內地通行證（非中國籍）》（以下簡稱通行證）的新便民舉措，將進一步方便兩地人員往來。廣大符合資格市民都希望第一時間預約辦理，大量人員短時間內集中申請，可能導致網路擁堵，窗口擁擠，人手短缺等情況，影響申請人辦證體驗。為了給申請人營造一個便捷、有序的申請環境，減少不必要的等待和擁堵，確保通行證受理高效、穩妥、有序地開展，我們特此呼籲符合資格市民錯峰申請：

一、合理規劃辦理證件時間 

       鑒於當前通行證申請人比較多的情況，申請人如非緊急必要，請避免前期高峰時間集中前來辦理通行證。您的理解和配合，將極大地幫助我們優化服務流程和品質，減少人員聚集，共同營造一個高效、有序的辦證環境。

二、現有證件在未申領通行證前使用不受影響

       目前持有的有效中國簽證或停留居留證件在有效期內在通行證未申領前均可以來往內地，不需急於辦理通行證。

三、關注官方信息

        為提升辦證品質，提高服務水準，我司將動態管理辦證流量，及時通過官方網站發佈最新通知和指引，不斷提升申請人辦證體驗。請廣大市民保持關注，合理安排辦證計畫。 感謝大家的理解與支持！

Announcement on applying for the Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents (Non-Chinese Citizens) to avoid peak periods

        The Exit-entry Administration of P.R. China has recently released a new measure to issue the Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents (non-Chinese Citizens) (hereinafter referred to as the "Permit") to as the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region who are non-Chinese citizens. Most eligible citizens hope to make an appointment as soon as possible. A large number of people apply in a short period of time, which may lead to network congestion and over capacity, and staff shortages. In order to create a convenient and orderly application environment for the public, reduce unnecessary waiting time, and ensure that the processing of the permit is carried out efficiently, securely and in an orderly manner, we hereby appeal to applicants to:

1. Reasonably plan the time for processing 

       In view of the current situation, applicants are advised to delay or postpone their application for the permit if it is not urgently necessary. Your understanding and cooperation will greatly help us optimize the service process, reduce the gathering of people, and jointly create an efficient and orderly environment.

2. Existing Chinese visas can still be used without applying for a Permit.

       The current valid Chinese visa can still be used for entry and exit within the specified period. applicants are requested to continue to use their visas as originally arranged and not to rush to apply for a new Permit.

3. Pay attention to official information

        We will pay close attention to changes in booking traffic and publish the latest notices and guidelines through our official website in a timely manner.

        為進一步便利內地與香港間人員交流交往，服務促進香港更好融入國家發展大局，中華人民共和國出入境管理局決定自2024年7月10日起為香港特別行政區永久性居民中的非中國籍人員簽發《港澳居民來往內地通行證（非中國籍）》。現公告如下：

        The Exit-entry Administration of P.R. China has decided to issue the Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents (Non-Chinese Citizens) (hereinafter referred to as the "Permit") among permanent residents in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region who are Non-Chinese citizens (hereinafter referred to as Non-Chinese Hong Kong and Macao permanent residents) from July 10, 2024, to further facilitate exchanges between mainland Chinese people and people in Hong Kong, and to help Hong Kong better integrate into the overall national development. It is hereby announced as follows:

       香港特別行政區永久性居民中的非中國籍人員，因投資、探親、旅遊、商務、研討、交流等短期入境事由來往內地，可於7月10日起，向本公司遞交《港澳居民來往內地通行證（非中國籍）》辦理申請。如需瞭解政策詳情和預約申請，可瀏覽本網站有關辦證須知及相關問答，亦可通過以下渠道諮詢： 

        Permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region who are Non-Chinese nationals may apply for the "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Permanent Residents (Non-Chinese Citizens)" starting from July 10, 2024. This permit is intended for short-term visits to the Mainland for purposes such as investment, visiting relatives, tourism, business, seminars, and exchanges.
